SKUAST Kashmir Vacancies Announced: The Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences & Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) intends to recruit two Junior Research Fellow (JRF) on contract basis. These positions are for a project funded by the Department of Science & Technology of Govt of India on “Circular economy approach to valorize the walnut shell (a major by-product of the walnut industry of J&K). These roles are all procedural and employments based and can cease as soon as the project is over.
A notification will require candidates to possess an M.Tech or M.Sc. Degree in the relevant disciplines which include Food Technology, Processing and Food Engineering, Post Harvet Management etc. Candidates possessing B.Sc Agriculture/Related Fields or B.Tech in Food processing technology/Agro processing engineering are also eligible for this post if they have NET/GATE qualifications.
