RGPPL Recruitment 2025 Eligibility

Educational Qualification:

Electrical Maintenance:

  • Full Time BE/B. Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
  • 2 (Two) years of relevant post qualification experience in Electrical Maintenance works/ power plant operation in any Thermal /Gas Power station of Min 100 MW capacity.

Mechanical Maintenance:

  • Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
  • 2 (Two) years of relevant post qualification experience in Mechanical Maintenance works of any Thermal Power station /Gas Power Station of Min 100 MW capacity.

Control & Instrumentation:

  • Full Time B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) Degree in Electronics /Applied Electronics/ Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University.
  • 2 (Two) years of relevant post qualification experience in Control & Instrumentation Maintenance works of any Thermal /Gas Power station of Min 100 MW capacity.

Human Resources:

  • Graduate with 2 (two) years full time PG Degree/Diploma in HR/IR/Personnel Management/MBA with specialization in HR, with minimum 60% marks
  • 2 (Two) years of post-qualification Industrial Engineering experience.

Civil:

  • Full Time B.E/B. Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) Degree in Civil/Construction Engineering with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University
  • 2 (Two) years of relevant post qualification experience in Civil Construction works of any Thermal /Gas / Hydro Power station /Nuclear Power/Refinery/Fertilizer Plants /Petro chemicals/Steel/Cement Plant.

Finance:

  • M. Com/CA/CMA (Previously ICWA) qualified from Institute recognized by appropriate authority in India
  • 2 (Two) years of post-qualification Relevant Industrial experience in the area of Accounts / Finance/ Internal Audit.

Safety:

  • Full Time BE/B. Tech/B.Sc.(Engg.) Degree in Mechanical/Production/Electric al/ Civil/ Power Engineering with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution with a full-time diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labor Institute/Institution recognized under the Factories Act/Rules or
  • Full Time Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety with at least 60% marks from University/ Institution recognized under the Factories Act/rules of any state.
  • 2 (Two) years of post-qualification executive experience in the area of Safety preferably in Power Industry / Manufacturing industry in a Govt/Public sector undertaking.

Company Secretary:

  • Qualified Company Secretary, i.e. associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
  • 2 (Two) years of relevant post qualification executive experience in handling Board matters.
  • Tenure of Engagement: 03 years (extendable up to 02 years based on the requirement).

Age Limit (As on 31 October 2024): 30 years

Age Relaxation:

  • Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for OBC candidates, by 10 years for PwBD candidates.
  • Relaxation of age to ex-servicemen will be as per Govt. guidelines

Salary for RGPPL Recruitment:

  • Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 50,000 /- per month.
  • PF & Taxes will be as per applicable laws.
