IMMT Recruitment 2025 Eligibility
Junior Stenographer:
- 10+2/XII or its equivalent and proficiency in stenography as per the prescribed norms fixed by DOPT from time to time.
- Desirable Qualification: Working knowledge in computer, preferably MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point after fulfilling essential qualification
Age Limit (As on 10 January 2025): 18 – 27 years i.e. candidates born not before 11-01-1998 and not later than 10-01-2007 are eligible to apply.
Age Relaxation:
- The upper age limit is relaxable up to 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC as per Government of India orders i
- Age relaxation to Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PWD): Age relaxation of 10 years (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC candidates as per rules)

Competitive Written Examination will consist of only one Paper with three parts as detailed below:

Proficiency Test in Stenography:

Preparation of Merit List:
- The proficiency in stenography will only be qualifying in nature
- The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the competitive written examination
