Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

For Retired Bank Employees

  • Retired officers (up to Chief Manager rank) from any PSU bank can apply.
  • Retired clerks of Bank of Baroda, who have passed JAIIB with a good track record, are also eligible.
  • A minimum of 3 years of rural banking experience is required.
  • The maximum age for continuation is 65 years.

For Other Candidates

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet). Candidates with qualifications such as M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will be given preference.
  • Age Limit: Applicants should be between 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment. The maximum age for continuation is 65 years.

Remuneration Details – Bank of Baroda offers a fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 along with a variable component, which will be based on the performance of the BC Agents. The variable component can range from ₹4,000 to ₹10,000 depending on the agent’s score on various parameters.
