4. Document verification
This is a very crucial step in the recruitment process. Only the candidates who clear all the previous rounds of recruitment will be able to go through document verification. Document verification is done to ensure the authenticity of the candidate.
If two candidates get the same marks, the candidate with a higher age will be given reference because of seniority.
