NHSRC Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Consultant – Health Care Technology (RRC-NE):

  • B.E/M.Tech (Biomedical Engineering)/MBBS
  • MPH (degree/ diploma in public health)/ PG in relevant field of Healthcare Technology is desirable
  • At least 3 years of post-qualification work experience in analytical roles specializing in devices & diagnostics validation/evaluations desirable.
  • Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point & Web surfing to search relevant data & documents.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Knowledge in Health systems development desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to states & districts to collect technical information and ability to subsequently synthesize information into research evidence.

Junior Consultant- Community Processes/Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CP/CPHC):

  • Medical Graduate including AYUSH/ BSc/ Bachelor’s in Social Science/ Nursing/ Pharmacy with MPH/MBA (Health Management/ Health Administration)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management/ MBA (Developmental Studies)/ MSW/ MA Social Sciences degree with at least 1(one) year of experience in Public Health/ Community Health and Health Systems, after post-graduation.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to use the internet to for desk research, literature review and accessing other relevant documents.
  • Basic data analytical skills, documentation, communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and or Hindi.

Consultant – Community Processes/Comprehensive Primary Healthcare:

  • Medical Graduate including AYUSH/ BSc/ Bachelor’s in Social Science/ Nursing/ Pharmacy with MD Community Medicine/ MPH/ MBA (Health Management/ Health Administration)/ Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital and Health Management/ MBA (Developmental Studies)/ MSW/ MA Social Sciences/ Post Graduation in Nutrition degree with at least 2 (two) years of experience in Public Health/ Community Health and Health Systems, after post-graduation.
  • Experience in undertaking research, capacity building and working with health systems in the public health system.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to use the internet for desk research, literature review and accessing other relevant documents.
  • Excellent data analytical skills, documentation, communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and or Hindi.

Age limit (As on 7 January 2025):

  • Consultant – Health Care Technology (RRC-NE): Not above 45 years
  • Junior Consultant- Community Processes/Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CP/CPHC): 40 Years and below
  • Consultant – Community Processes/Comprehensive Primary Healthcare: 45 Years and below

Salary:

  • Consultant – Health Care Technology (RRC-NE): Rs.60,000/- to Rs.1,20,000/-
  • Junior Consultant- Community Processes/Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CP/CPHC): Between Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- per month
  • Consultant – Community Processes/Comprehensive Primary Healthcare: Between Rs. 60,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/- per month

NHSRC Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

  • The selection process will be based on an Interview
  • Shortlisting shall be done based on relevant experience and educational qualifications.
  • However, educational qualifications & age may be relaxed for experienced candidates working in the relevant field.
