Educational qualification
- MD/MS or equivalent degree recognized by MCI/NMC.
- Or
- MBBS with MPH (Master of Public Health) from a recognized university.
- Or
- M.Sc., MBBS, or Ph.D. Equivalent degree with. In the relevant fields (as listed in the notification).
Experience
- Total 15 years of experience in biomedical or health research, including 5 years in a managerial position.
- Experience handling research and development (R&D) projects independently, such as being a Principal Investigator (PI) or co-PI, or leading research groups or centres.
- At least 2 years regular service in Level 13-A or equivalent pay scale.
Age limit
- The maximum age limit for this post is 58 years. However, for some categories the age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India (GOI) rules.
