Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a postgraduate degree or diploma (2 years duration) or MBA/MSW/MA with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labor Management, or Organizational Development from a recognized university or institute.
- For both positions, the qualification must be obtained through regular, full-time, or open and distance learning modes.
Work Experience
- For Deputy General Manager (HR), a minimum of 21 years of experience in HR and IR functions is required.
- For General Manager (HR), a minimum of 25 years of experience in HR and IR functions is required
Experience in handling the entire gamut of HR and IR responsibilities is mandatory for both posts.
Reservation and Age Relaxation
Reservations for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, and PwD candidates will be provided as per Government of India norms.
Age relaxations are applicable as follows:
